Non-Refundable Custom Orders:

All custom orders are non-refundable as they are made on demand. Once an order is placed on our website, our team immediately begins production.

Order Modifications:

We do not accept modifications to orders after they are placed to ensure a smooth processing and avoid any potential issues.

Uploaded files will be printed exactly as displayed on the product page, at the specified size. Our team does not alter or modify designs.

Reprints Policy:

Reprints are only available if an order is not printed correctly.
To request a reprint due to an issue with your order, please complete the form provided [here](link to form).
Our team will initiate your reprint request within 4 hours of receiving the form.

Evaluation of Reprint Requests:

We reserve the right to evaluate and accept or decline reprint requests based on the nature of the issue reported.

To be eligible for a reprint, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Reprint Request Timeframe:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
